Thanks,Pegonio,but i can`t find a scheme with BIC43E08.Where is it?I found only PCB.Am i wrong?

In the folder Motorola the .zip motoemmi is full<br />wit pcb and schematic diagram,and .bin for memory<br />EEprom.
