Can anyone help me to relock some motorolas to a different network?

I thought yust put in the sim on the provider you wish to lock to and then run emmi and send lock command http://gsm.thoic.net/ubb/smile.gif

the original emmi can unlock -lock
just if the emmi ver. are
22.42 (no support for lang file for v3688
22.49 support lang for v

So if I use it one wich network will the phone be locked???
