For hobby purposes, I'm trying to make use of a very old Startac that can still be activated on a US CDMA network. I just need to manually program the PRL, but I can't because it is MSL locked (subsidy) ; I have an old EMMI, I believe all I need is Motorola Identity Programmer full (high-level) ; I have the 2.26D version, but the 'D' means it was for retail/distributor, which cannot allow you to reset the MSL. Can anyone help? It has become nearly impossible to find some of this older software, because it was highly restricted back then, and those who had it would only sell it. Now as it is completely worthless for making money, I'd hope someone might not mind sharing. I will still pay you though a reasonable fee as well if required.
