can anybody share t191 usb cable schematics and pinout because i'm planning to build one,any help will be much appreciated.

I have never seen a usb cable for T19x.That 2.5mm jack only has 3 points,tx,rx,gnd.No place for 5v.SORRY

There are common data cables schematics - USB and com. You may use one of them.

Check your cable.especially the tip pin of jack should not have any resistor.
