any idea guys? when the sim is not in the phone powers on....

- when the sim is inserted the phone switches off? maybe about 5 secs.. it isnt the battery... it just powers off when there's a sim in it <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Did you tried the reset #57 in test mode ?

may be your problem is this:<br />you power on phone without problem and it seems as if it works without problem <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> you insert sim card and enter pin. OK but when phone starts to search network it shuts down or restarts...<br />is this the problem ??
