975 unlock problem!!!MSS4!!! - GSM-Forum

after trial for unlock receive this:
Switching phone into flash mode...
Connection OK
Getting unlock information...
Starting unlocking...
Error::Server communication error, please disconnect the phone (V975,09)
R245_U_82.31.56l and boot loaders supported by server...
Anyone have answer for this?

you should go there and post your problem

have already done this...but need someone that have same problem to prove me that this is server problem couse on site is written that this version/boot loaders is supported...

All users of MSS4,still waiting for new realise from Victor,but it is seems that is wery slow

.Smart Clip can unlock V975,but MSS4 no,it is very desapointed,because in past time MSS had faster update,but what is happened with Victor and his team,I dont know.I still hope that will change in future.

I have similar problem with version R245_U_82.31.56I boot loader 0.5.F.1
I cant unlock with MSS4 v4.0.0.8 I get error in finishing "cant complete unlock"
I have tried Smarclip (latest update) and get red error light even after smartmoto tells me to use clip.
There must be a problem with this version.

MSS4 can t unlock v975 . and smart clip can t unlock this model

version : R345_U_82.31.5.6I . i test the two solutions all not work.

i already unlocked several v975 using smart moto and then unlocked with smart-clip but i don t have the versions........

I think you are wrong. This particular software R245 cannot be unlocked by smartclip and Victor CAN unlock all the models smartclip can. New version of victor mss4 v4.0.0.9beta also cannot unlock this version of sw in v975 BUT they tell me its in progress (ie. they working on it) and I'd be surprised if smartclip unlocks this before victor does.
