I have one a780 this is user lock code
not a sp lock i have smart clip and infinity
-box how i can unlock this
plz tell me

2. flash the phone.

PROBLEM SOLVED WITH RADIOCOMM SOFTWARE

INSTALL PROPER DRIVERS, THEN OPEN RADIOCOMM SOFTWARE. IN RADIOCOMM SELECT OPTION CIT. IN CIT GO IN INVM TAB . THERE SELECT FIRST OPTION 00_Mstr Rst & then execute . Done
