So I'm still trying to figure out how to upgrade, I'll post more info as I find it. I'm trawling through a German site, translating as I go.

Can anyone help. I have mss 3.6, pst 6.7, the pst drivers, everything is installed and running.

When I try and run pst 6.7 it says it can't detect the hardware key. How do I get past this?

If anyone knows how to flash this file to this phone, please let me know.

The most likely thing is that you haven't patched PST correctly - if you go to motoclub there is a file containing all the patched executables for it - just unpack it into the same directory that PST is installed in, and it should all work OK.

I've patched it now, thanks. I'm told that the flash files are German, so I'll hold back on flashing because I don't want to lose all my network settings.

Also, would it change the phone's language, or is that another file?

The default language setting in that flash is "Automatic", and it contains English, French, German, Italian and Swedish - so it will still work in English with a 3UK SIM. It looks like an Austrian flash -the default server path is "mobile.drei.at", so it won't work in the UK unless you reset the WAP settings (and, obviously, you have to have removed the WAP setup lock to do that).

So it's probably not a good idea to flash it unless you either have a phone with unlocked WAP settings or you don't care about the 3UK services.
