sorry guys but this seems to be a pretty big problem and still no one has managed to solve it

the problem is a Motorola A835 phone with memory full...

flashing, flexing, smart clip, full flash, reflash, U15 flash, formatting from the menu... NONE of these work, not even one (sorry SC team but this is the truth)

so I ask one more time... does anybody have a solution to this problem: how to format the memory of the phone?! do you know a never-heard-of trick that might solve this issue?!

please help guys

now really guys... doesn't anyone have any idea on what to do to solve the problem?! i have 2 motos A835 now and they both have this problem... so, i'm ready to experiment with one of them, but PLEASE give me an idea on what to do

The Only Option IS To Flash The Phone. It Is Common In These Platform.

flashing cant solve the problem.i use mssbox,i have come across many problem like that,some that formats use to be okay,but anyone that cant format cant work,even flahing cant solve it.its hardware related problem

you should try manual format many times till say succes this is beside as it said fail in each time

tried about 40 times in a row... should I try more?!

i know it might be hw related, but I don't know how to format SDRAM and/or Flash memory by hw. My best guess is this: to format by hw I should shortcircuit or apply a voltage on certain connectors on the internal memory chip, this is supposed to "drain" the internal memory's condensers or to switch to protection mode and reset all the condensers to a specified value

of course there are two major issues that i don't know how to solve:
1. which pins should I pay attention to?!
2. if the hw formatting succedes, how do I restore the FileSystem in order to flash/flex the phone?!

I has got the same problem too and I have tried formatting from menu and I have applied different kind of flashings and flexing U15 and various Talint firmware with no success! Always my phone is memory 100% FULL, due to this problem I can not film or take photos. Moreover, I only can keep messages in sim card. We should try to get support from motorola official site! If somebody get a solution post it here as soon as possible please or send me an e-mail: [email protected]
