Almost dead t720 :(

Hello, I need some help desperately. I have a T720 gsm phone, and it was NOT locked to any service provider. I then accidentally flexed it with the wrong flex file.

The phone now asks for a subsidy password. I then reflexed the phone with the correct flex, thinking that may fix it, but the phone still asks for the subsidy password. I then proceeeded to use "T720_G_05.05.20R_unlock_edition.vfl" thinking that i now had to unlock the phone.

Victor crashed halfway through flashing and the phone would then refuse to start. So to fix this I reflashed the phone with "T720_G_05.05.81R.shx"

Now my phone will not work even with the orignal flash (T720_G_05.05.81R.shx). When i press the power button to turn the phone on, the screen lights up for 3 seconds, and then the phone turns itself off.

Can anyone help me get my phone working again please?
I just accidentally selected the wrong flash file and now ive stuffed my phone up

Thank you
