Arrow blinks once-no screen


iv had a v600 and now a liquid damaged v3i,wen i power them the keypad blinks once and nothing else.the v3i had keypad probs,sorted them now its just blinks at me?
any ideas would b helpful, thanks in advance.

ok man it seems to me that software is damaged change it with smart-clip or some other tool if that doesnt past review hardwere

that was quick replies.it was liquid damaged-some keys didnt work, but it came on ok.cleaned connectors,tested it was fine- incorrect sim. changed sim2c if all else ok, then it blinked??????
i have smart clip, do u think the software would fail just like that?
i will testpoint and flash it then post the results, will also flash the v600.
any other ideas?

iv sorted out the v3i now-this is a strange1.
battery from another v3,which boots it the other v3 up,then shows 2bars-wouldnt boot up the v3i.
the orginal v3i battery which shows 1bar on other v3 starts-wouldnt boot up the v3i.
put a charger in the v3i with either battery-it booted up and now boots up fine all of the time?????????
alls working except the speaker-to be sorted!!!!
