C33x IMEI 0101 Band change - GSM-Forum

Hello everyone somebody has made this phones work in the 900 MHz band??? i have seen two victor flexes on the net that supposedly do this but when i run then in VictorGSM it says invalid flex command....this phones comes working in 850/1900 or only in 1900 ....Any help will be veeery welcome..THANKS !!
