C350 Infinite Restart - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with moto C350 after we turn it on, the phone will then restart over and over again until battery empty. It will play moto welcome soundand welcome screen, suddenly screen goes blank and it boot again from the first time.
I already full flash with smartmoto and PST but problem still there. Is it a hardware fault or software? Could anyone help me?

same problem here...but i can`t flash the phone...i think it`s not entering flash mode ... can i do it manualy?

c350 power restarts , please tell me how to fix the problem

1st full flash with smart moto:
2d Just replace clock quartz generator
3rd Quick press "Menu - 048263*". You will see "Optcode". Press "18*1 - OK". Al will be OK!
