I need C550 battery parameters from working phone. My phone working when batt is low than 3.8V. THX!

Please people I have a Motorola c550 and it's usb cable,
I have installed the drivers but I dont know how to extract the pictures from the phone to my computer.
Can you please help me ?

you can download pictures with p2kman you can get it at motoclub.com
