Changing a Vodafone V360 to a T-Mobile V360 - GSM-Forum

First off I am a newbie. How do I change my phone from a Vodafone V360 to a T-Moblie V360. I bought it off ebay, it is unlocked and my t-mobile sim card works fine. But I cannot access browser to t-mobile. What do I need to do this? I am somewhat knowlageable with how. Just not sure what I need or where to start. I have read a little and found flashes. I assume it is somewhat like a dishbox flash and eeprom. Thanks ahead, any help would be great.
