Different E398 and E1 ROKR?????? - GSM-Forum

I dont know what's different E398 and ROKR about BOARD and Version CPU and FLASH, cause when detect wit my computer is :

S BLANK NEPTUNE LTE.

some body Know?
what I do repair this plz......

The names of firmware files for E398 begins on 'R372' and for E1 begins on 'R373'.
When the phone detects as 'S BLANK' then the full flash file must be flashed to it.

Install bootloader or flash Image.

I use from full backup from other phone. all I have I flshing it, but same prob.

Have you Smartclip, MSS or Ultima for PDS repair? If you use a Fullbackup, you have the PDS from this phone. This is not working on yours. But I don't know the bootloader in this fullbackup or I know nothing now. You said you flashed a bootloader and Image and now you say only the fullbackup.

Bootloader is enough. Then you can flash a Fullflash and maybe you need a PDS repair.
