E398 full flash needed

Hi
i urgently need a full flash (not reflash) for E398 (any version). Something went wrong during flash procedure and now my phone is dead. Now PC see my phone as a flash interface. When i try to flash it with reflash shx file -> ERROR like below:
"ERROR: The superfile selected is for reflash. You must use a rom superfile with blank Subscriber Units."
Please help. Thanks in advance

I found full flash file here http://www.webfile.ru/98459 you need to type E398 in a password field. Please help in download this file. I don't know why i can't download this. On www.remzone.ru are 2 full flash files but log/pass is needed. Please help, my E398 is dead

I have downloaded the .59R (after 14PM, probably the problem was on the server side) flash file but PST and RadioComm still failed to flash my phone. Any ideas?

have u used MultiFlashFlex in PST for flashing?

Yes. I tried:

In RadioComm i have FLASH FAILED error message.

MultiFlashFlex is used to flash ie for software, the files u have mentioned are flex, here are the steps for flexing

Here is my attempt (using PST 6.9 or higher):

1) Install PST 6.9 or higher. After installation, reboot your computer.
2) After reboot, extract PST_6.7_Patch to PST directory (C:\Program Files\Motorola\PST) and reboot your computer again.
3) Now plug in your phone to the USB cable and open up PST Phone Programmer, not MulitFlashFlex.
4) Once program has loaded, click File>Open>pFlex. Point to the directory to where you saved your Flex file. Click Run
5) Upon clicking run, do not touch your phone or anything in PST. It may look like its frozen but it really it is not. The flexing process takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.
6) When Finished flexing, PST will come back again and not appear frozen. Click Exit.
7) Unplug your phone from the cable, and turn it on. Then do a master clear and reset and your ready to go.

Above mentioned .shx files are 65MB flash files. Flex file have .hs extension.
