i dont think there is a flash file for the foma man. im using it too, the only thing i found was a new connection wizard for the m1000 which i found in the foma website use the translator to understand what everything is

atlast, i got this UK firmware...2 different version but not been tested yet, not recommended to test it on normal M1000 !!!
do this on your own risk, i'm not responsible for any cause from both firmwares...and the both are

M1000 UK_firmware [not tested yet]:
- M1000_UK_IOT_APCONFIG_IR_006_APD_POG.shx
- SA1860A_T673RG_026_APD_POG.shx

I just flash it to my M1000 , it's BP , not AP.

How did you flash it?
I can not enter the BP mode, and flash the SA...SHX twice, nothing happened.

My M1000

RAM: RAM 32MB
Version: REL_62.30.01J
Baseband: A1000_U_34.16.01P
Flex: shenzhen.yuanwang.OK
AP config: SA1860A_T673RG_026
