i have downloaded and unzipped this ,i have usb drivers on pc ,phone connected by usb .but it isnt working .
Any chance of the procedure? or can it be done by imei no ?

Many phones do not enter flash mode that way.

driver is not installed install driver last driver and all will be good

This has been done by myself after trying a couple of times various flashes.
0. Install P2K drivers and PST 6.7 general. Patch PST.
1. Get R364_G_0B.D1.1FR_LP001B_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0B_V180_0 1_02_45R_GSIV180CBW01NA105_1FF.shx
from here http://motoaide.com:8081/motorola/flash_flex/V180/
2. I downgraded from R365_G0B.D2.2ER to R364_G_0B.D1.1FR_LP001B_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0B_V180_0 1_02_45R_GSIV180CBW01NA105_1FF.shx
using MultiFlashFlex.exe from PST directory. Put the phone into boot loader mode and run MultiFlashFlex.exe.
3. Put the phone again in boot loader mode and run ****-rfon.exe. Done!
4. Anyone can find the above mentioned programs with a little bit of patience. Good luck!
