Help! my V980 thinks its a C975.. need correct flex!!!

Been kicking at a very troubled V980 64m for a while now.
Have amassed a large collection of flashes and flexes, and
finally have the phone "up" as an

R26_U_83.28.38.04.01P

The Flash & flex on this was originally a Vodafone german, unlocked
(phone is unlocked)

But for a 975.. probably a C975 ???? "bar" type phone.
As a result the outer LCD display is off, lid switch NF,
KB mapping bad, power button wrong, scroll wheel wrong
etc...

After much hunting, found a supposed V980 "UNBRANDING FLEX"..

Well, that worked in a way.. the phone looks stock moto now, but it still thinks its a C975 or somethhing.
The flex ID's as a @(#) UCV975EMEAR26_037

Its seems that everyone wants to turn their
C975's into V980, so all the flex files out there are
"odd"

WOULD ANYONE HAVE A STOCK V980 "real" FLEX ??????
I want my keypad and outer LCd back..
I know they work mechanically, the firmware is just WRONGO!

Oh.. and I am stuck at R26_
Once there, you cant go back to R24_ or R245_
Perhaps the flex has to be specifically for an R26_ flash????

I cant even get the phone to power up unless I hold the power
button down and jam the charger plug in and out a few times.
After a while it stops going to charge mode and boots up.

The scroll wheel only works at points between (!) the arrows,
and is upside down!
