i already downloaded file from this thread "how to flash motorola w388"
i need a step by step tutorial
(prefered without scout s/w)

its not that hard mate. if you have the flash file and flasher just press *&# then press power. phone will enter in boot mode. connect to your PC and will ask for driver. install appropriate driver and just flash with the flash file you got.

use RSD lite as the software. doesn't require anything but the USB cable.

Cant start into boot mode. nothing happen after press *# and Power at same time.. rsd lite not find my device

then you should check its hardware. with DC meter that phone have any response on power or not

My phone is power on..i think i dont have correct file for my phone.
