help in understanding Flash files - GSM-Forum

I am trying to flash a V600 with Victor, but I am not sure which flash file to choose. I see some labelled _1FF , so I think that it must be one of these ( is the _IFF a hex term ?)

I also see some other flash files under Languages with _reflash extention.

can anyone explain to me the different types of flash files and how they are used.

I have flashed the phone, and flexed the phone, but the screen is just white, like when in flash mode, i can make and recieve calls,

Please advise
