Red face help, victor won't read my v66


hi, i have a USB cable and using WinXP Pro.
i installed all the drivers i have and connect the phone with USB. i can use the V66 to go online but however, victor won't read the phone. it said NO USB Device Found.
and all the suddent the V66 disapear in Device Manerger and left a question mark on USB Composit Device.

please help me, i don't know waht to do, i'm new to this, is it because i don't have the right drivers? if not, can u please send me a link to get the right one?
