| how do i install v66 drivers i am going mad after 3 days i have install the software for v66 from castlegate but the program does not find the phone it lights up but does not show in the program. people keep saying install the drivers manually. but i dont know how pleaasee help |

| use win98 second edition.i had a problem at first. uninstall everything motorola. install pst prog with phone connected and on..start program should say..scanning serial devices should say...motorola v66 found... it will then go looking for drivers...make sure the driver pack is in the pst folder (extracted into folder) when the machine goes looking for anything (install wizard) only point it to c:/motorola/pst folder it will find drivers then flash up found something like...motorola v66 pk8 then flash up found motorola pk7 then pk6 and so on untl it gets to 0.........when you get to this stage you're sorted. the above isa bit rough coz i can't quite remember good luck. |
