go and find Flash/flex files and then use either PST or Victor. If not you can sell your soul =p

use button SEARCH !!!! and in most cases 90% you will find answer

i have already seen that some have flashed their t720 by the unlocked flash but the phone still locked ! i think it's not a good solution!
