Is there any program or anybody, who can unlock V600 via IMEI???

AT&T locks them in USA. Don't know of others...

Yes and V600 from AT&T cant be unlock with any CLIPSEs or original MSS soft.
No way for most of this phones.

Not sure which AT&T V600s or which clips you have tried but here in the states they work fine with original AlexGSM VClip Gold v2!

Hello moldovan,
what do you mean v600 from at&t can't be unlocked. Of course it
can as I unlock them all the time. I have VictorGSM MSS 3.7 and it
works perfect on 99.9% of v600 at&t. Once I was not able to unlock
one v600 but when VictorGSM upgrade software it did the job.
