Thumbs up L6 tri-band convert to quad band

hello every one. I am new to this helpful community.
I heard that someone can use P2K phone file manager to convert phones like Mot L6 from tri-band to quad band. any one know how to? thank you!

quad_band_activate.rar works fine. Use P2K Easy Tools to flash it.
