Hi

I have an Unlock problem with moto L6!
The Log form SmartMoto1.14:

SmartMoto 1.14
Clip serial: 946xxxxxx, version: 2.22, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (L6), getting test interface... OK
Model L6
Firmware R3511_G_0A.52.26R
Reading info OK
Switching to flash mode... OK [S Flash Neptune LTE]
Reading phone boot version... 8.D0
Boot prepare... failed
Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 8.D0
Boot prepare... failed

I use Testpoint!
can anyone help me???

After switching to flash mode OK, did you remove the testpoint??
You need to remove it

Try reset your smart clip by removing power and then try again
