Hi, i was just wandering... ive searched around these forums for the best moto box and it comes down to Smart Clip and MSSV4. What i would like to know is can any of these boxes downgrade Bootloader without testpoint

Basically, is there ANY MOTOROLLA Box that Bypasses tespoints for unlocking, flashing and changin IMEI?
