can any body tell me the best tool to unlock motorola nokia, sony erricson and lg phones i want want tool that can do it

I don't believe there is one tool for all . smart -clip works well for me and the motorolas I have repaired. the same company make unlock tools for other brands .

you have to buy :

nokia - pbb
lg - vygis
motorola - mss4 or smart-clip

u can use twister for nokia& sony ericsson
but
for lg u can use vygis or sonyericsson tool.
