what is exactelly software for unlock it, and methode pls ?

about test mode it's OK, need only press : * + # + ON (red buton)

after enter in test mode, I need only connect phone with USB cable and clik on buton "CONNECT RFON to CREW'S DICK" ? and phone is unlocked, because itr's don't work for me ?
