Motorola unlock code - GSM-Forum

Hope this is in the right place.. I have unlocked 2 Motorola phones v171 and a v66 on the smart clip. Now when the sim card is put in, it askes for "enter unlock code" ..someone please help. The smart clip is supposed to reset security code as well to "oooooo" but the phone says wrong code try again.

hey hey my boy if the smart clip unlock it it should b 1234 or 0000 ok take care st.maarten is the one

you can also read the code with smartmoto software.

Thanx u guy's, the code was read on SMARTMOTO, it was 123456, phone ok and returned to customer.

how did u read the V171 via the smartclip ???

cause i cant get it to read

I don't think the v171 is supported. Is it a tracfone?
