to enter download mode press * + # + power

check firmware version whether R364 or R365

R364 would possibly can unlock by simple P2K Easy Tool v3.9

But r365 version would not> it should be downgraded with v180 v220 firmware r364 up by provinspc

But before doing any operation make full back up of the current firmware with Flash & Backup tool

Then flash with the v180 v220 firmware r364 up by provinspc firmware

then open P2K Easy Tool v3.9 > select model v220> go to locks tab> tick unlock sp > do selected jobs and follow the instructions.

enjoy unlocking.

Note: After unlocking with downgraded version if your phone has camera module then it would not show any camera option. Then to regain camera option you should flash the handset with given flash file Motorola V220 R365_G_0B.D2.30R_A.shx or with your back up file.

All will Be ok now..

Note: If something gone wrong or phone dead , then press * + # + power and write the backup file of that phone.

Many thanks. Only bit I would add to this is that the P2K Tools don't work on Vista/Win7... you need XP.
