motorola v3r unlock help

hi there, this is my dads fone and he does not want a new one, is there a way to unlock this phone without the tp? i have the Smart Ciclone-P2k Easy tool version 3.9 and i am running windows 7 i keep getting an error :::
"debugger detected (97)"
bootloader is 0A.52 and SW R4515******

how can i get this program to start? is there any easy way to do this? i am so not attempting tp lol

used window xp u can only unlock it by tp or if u have smart clip u can prepair it and u will unlock it without tp that is all
