Motorola v975 dead while trying to unlock lock code

i was trying to unlock one motorole v975 and unfortunately it went dead.i tried to write one fullflash but it would switch on not showing anything on the screen.i tried another one and it wont switch on totally.please if anyone has a fullflash they used for this phone and has worked kindly help me please urgently thanks.i have also tred to search for other but failed to get anything useful or useful working links. i use ubl by the way.
