New Motorola A835 problem - GSM-Forum

I have this new phone (3G), but it has problems with memory used for storing pictures. It has 64MB of memory for this, but it shows 100% used. If I take a picture, phone freezes, because it can't store it, memory being full. I can't delete anything from phone, is there any solution to do it by cable ?
Master clear or Master reset don't help

i could have written your question myself. Exactly the same has happened to my 835 and im sorry to say its off to three we go. in other words, ger it collected by Three on a three day repair, they wont give you a loan fone, but they are supposed to be quick.
by the way, my problem started with charging it, then Sat morn, nothing on screen although all the sim/phone numbers were intact. Lost all the pics of my new pup. Still its due back Wednesday (10th March) so well see what theyve done. all the best. Nigel

So, can we tell us how can i resolv this problem with memory full at A835 ? I have one piece! The same think is hapen when i make a photo - phone freeze.

Oki, but i dont have this option - format. At the "strorage device" i have just "Phone", and here i have just "Details"
