I have a V220 and want to transfer pics,sms and contacts to my pc. I bought the mini usb cable and some software called "Mobile Phone Tools PC220" direct from Motorola but it doesn't seem to work. Moto are not helping at all!!! The software is installed ok but when i connect the phone it just comes up on the on screen phone "initialising" and then stays like that. My phone is full of pics, have no memory left, i need help!!! Thanks :
