OK guy here iss the procedure
Start flasher and upload included flash to phone then go to loger
part of software power on phone push "read contact service info"
just to see if phone comunicates with soft then launch passo.exe
and push "search" wait for the subsidy code
that's all folks

use Win 2000 or XP for flashing

Yes it's good with XP only if don't have problem with USB.
My phone is up and now i can run passo...

I cant resolve problem "ERROR READING TCI" platform is WIN 98SE.may be driver is wrong.I try passo in other PC and other USB driver and all is ok.Must change USB driver.

Mine stopped @ 24%, I turned off Victor, Unplugged the phone, (seemed like it was dead)...

But then i just hit the master reset key, plugged it back in and it was detected fine and i just reflashed it.

Works perfect again.

I had instaled mot. modem drivers ok(COM6)But whan I whant to read the fone :conection - ok, IMEI - ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ, soft ver. - ÿÿÿÿÿÿ, and otrer trash like it......
