please help! my v3 not able to power on the bluetooth - GSM-Forum

i bought the v3 special edition one at two month ago.that the problem is not able to power on the blustooth.and i did upgrade it to the new version which is r374_g_0e.40.9cr also reset the phone it still not fix the problem.
