problem with V300 - SW not found

I have a strange problem with this moto. I received it as dead phone, i try flash with few flashfiles with PST, later in total moto, victor. When i flash it with v525 flash telephone wake up. But when i read info from phone with total moto ::

SW info : error not found

Few days later phone died again, i reflash it by same flash and works good again, i think that "error not found" it's main problem and phone died after few days again. Someone have any idea ??

When i have a working phone and try to write other flash phone always died only this one flash file works good.
