Its cracks/bypasses the protection on PST.

But I think it´s not solution fot PST 6.0

When you unpack archive you´ll see it has about 13 MB and there are .exe files and libraries, ... So if you apply this patch and look at version in sections of PST (phone programmer, flash & test, ...) you will see it´s version xxxxxxx,2002..) So it´s part (or complete) of older PST
