Reanimation of V66 after sap4as. SAP4_G vs SAP4AS_G? What's the difference?

Hi there...

[V66<->USB CABLE / Windows 2003 Ent / ASUS M2N]

I have flashed my V66 (original: sap4_g_010171r_lang000d_ful) with sap4_g_010620r_lang000d_ful, everything was ok, but there were no SMS and related menu items!

Then, I've reflashed it with sap4as_g_010172r_full_flash and my phone has died!!! (Timeout on erasing flash

How can I reanimate my phone??? And what's difference b/w A and AS suffixes in SAP4?

ps: Currently, my phone can't be seen in Vic or PTS!
It just starts bootloader and then shutdowns and repeats the entire cycle again and again (moto logo->shut down->moto logo...until the battery removal).

How can I acccess the phone? Can COM-cable help me in this situation? Now, when the phone is switched to a flash mode (by shortening pins), a device manager notifies me about some USB problems, how can I get rid of this message and access the phone???

I have the same problem...

Same problem for me V66 in a ON / OFF cycle, shorting 13 and 14 pins makes the PC see a MOTOROLA USB Flashing Interface, Victor and PST sees this interface but always when starting erasing flash gives timeout and the device dissapears...will this be solved wit Serial Cable ??? Some people says USB connection is too unstable, can someone help ????...Cya

@rîît

You can't downgrade SAP_G_01.06.20R! If you used this version one time you must use it forever! Search for another 01.06.20 with relative flex!
