What help you need? To unlock your phone instead of you cause you are to lazy to read manual??? Sorry, I WILL NOT.
If you cannot do it yourself - bring it to service and pay money to real unlockers.

This is a guide hot to unlock it for free.

1) download USB drivers on Motorola site http://www.motorola.com/staticfiles/...iver_5.2.0.exe

and install

2) download RSD lite and install: http://simf.in/mb300/RSD%20Lite%204.9.rar

3) download this firmware http://simf.in/mb300/att-motus-viper...r-customer.zip , unzip and flash phone using RSD lite.

4) download SuperOneClickRoot http://simf.in/mb300/SuperOneClickv1.6.5-ShortFuse.zip and root your phone

5) download this file http://simf.in/mb300/memdump.ko to your SD card

6) in phone, install terminal emulator from market, open it and type:
Code:

su
insmod /sdcard/memdump.ko
exit
exit

now on dialer dial #073887* and enter any 8 digits instead of code.

Phone unlocked. You may reflash it now - will remains unlocked.

Same problem after flash phone stuck bootloader usb init

any one cant help or give me the corect flash file........lock in atnt mb300 pls help......

i try to flash w/ scout succes but when reboot phone it will disply bootloader usb init w.blue black screen..

this is the file that i use..
