try to unlock its dead c975, not eat flash and no display and when i swesing p2k mode (*,#,power) phone running on flash mode but no info in display. display is ok, i test it. its 100% soft prob. now its not eat flash. i try to testpoint, i mean problem is comeing from it. may be some is damage.

i showing here all error message though u know this problem, help me.

you need to do repair pds with smart clip then full flash and all will be ok

I also think that he have to repair PDS and full flash, because
1) his phone is detected as "S Blank..."
2) and the program said about "Incompatible superfile".

no smart moto device near in my market and city, i have just singale usb cable and rsd lite, usb smart cracked etc. now usb smart cracked, pds repair option hide for c975, how can i do it.

plz any segation have any one.

try to flash with flash backup 3 (FB3) same firmware as original, select active phone profile V980/ write data tab/ select flash file/ write data and wait until finish

I have the same problem but my is little different (no BL availble). When the first solution to unlock 91i came I used GOT. Made everything that instruction said and my phone came dead. After that I gave my mobile to profesional shop, they performed TP to repair PDS but... sadly it was for nothing as my mobile dont want to flash (maybe flash chip is damaged??) What are Your opinions about that?

@author- sorry that I'm sticking my nose into Your thread but we have the same problem.

try make testpoint and flash in the appropriate firmware for your mobile
