Two E398 dead, both of them have the same problem!!!! Pls help me - GSM-Forum

I received two e398 two days ago ( die after upgrade to E1), both of them have the same problem.
They can't power on and when I go bootloader both of them say : battery low, can't program. I used smart clip with moto normal cable to repair pds and flash full but result is the same. could'n change anything on my phone.
After that I tried to use force cable, it's great. I can repair and flash full them but only thing is: I can only turn on phone when use force cable and can't power phone if i use normal battery or use external power (bootloader still inform battery low, can't program).
Any one can help me, pls post.

well, you have to charge the battery, or use a power supply and give the phone 4V and then flash it.
I recommend using the monsterpack found here if you want to convert it to E1 and have lots of new features.

I said I used external power supply bro. But when i used external power supply I can repair, can flash with smartclip but nothing change. In bootloader still old version (even I've flashed new version and new bootloader) and notice battery low.
It's so strange that, when I use force cable all thing is ok, but when use nomar power supply such as battery or external power supply phone can't turn it on and notice battery low in bootloader.
