unlock 1800 band on v220. Need your advice - GSM-Forum

I have several V220 from ATT woth locked 1800 band. I know that MSS v4 can unlock it.

are there any other sollution?
Can earlier MSS do it? Where can I get the needed flash files?

Appreciate your responce.
