any interest to discuss solution for boot area damaged fone?

a v60, can't turn on, no moto logo, no light. but it can be detected by serial cable, could not flash in , says: Bootloader loading error sth.

i think the hardware has no problem but the RAM has been erased.

so is there any solution to write the correct flash into the phone?

any advanced repair machine could make it?
