d'ont wast your time because it's impossible to get correct unlock code for your phone
it's not supported at all
all motorola MB series only factory code will work

code correct but phone counter is blocked. look for a way to reset counter if possible

Use Hard Reset Methode and chek , but am sure code is incorrect , i faced same problem as you before few month

reset counter only for mb200, mb300, mb501. The others 's not yet support.

i do hard reset still the samething .mybe youare right the code not good and the source said is good 100%% .but how did you soft your problem ?
