V 180 contacter service - GSM-Forum

V 180 say "contacter service fournisseur d'accès" after code pin introducting,
why ? and what to do now ?

you can repair it with the smart clip, this is because it`s locked for a operator

but the phone say "sim deverouillée " bitween code pin and "contacter service ...."
is it normal
