Red face V220 always in flash mode !!!

I have receivec a V220 witch when I power on IT remains in flash mode
even when the phone is switched off and connected to the cherger It is in flash mode too ! It wont power on !

I think It was bad unlocked or some wrang thing !
Help me please to revive this phone !
did It need flash or what !

use pst (or rsd) cracked and flash it thats all
i just did it......
